Meet the chef

My name is Frederik Sundberg. I'm a chef and owner of Chef at Home.

I love to be creative through food, and develop dining experiences that activate all the senses.

I have worked  at various restaurants in Copenhagen and on Bornholm. Including Restaurant Rebel, Nimb brasserie, SommerPony (Hotel Nordlandet) and Den Røde cottage.  I have also worked for Torsten Vildgaard and Søren Westh in connection with their previous concept "Enspire" and most recently worked as private chef for the British ambassador at the British Embassy in Copenhagen.

Chef Extra

If you want to add a little extra luxury to your menu, Chef at Home offers both menus with additions of fresh saesonal truffles as well as the most delicious soft "Baerii" caviar from Magnatum.

Selected * dishes will get the addition so the truffles and caviar appears the best way possible.

Price: DKK 450 per person

Wine menu

Should the evening be completed with a wine menu adapted to your unique dinner, then you can get specially selected wines so it goes perfectly hand in hand with the dishes.

The wine menu will consist of a sparkling one for snacks, then it will depend on what dishes your menu consists of.

Typically it will be 2 white, 2 red and 1 cute on "Big Chef" and 1 white, 1 red and 1 cute on "Little Chef"



Store Chef: 950  DKK per person.

Little Chef: 650  DKK per person.

When ordering a wine menu, there will be added an extra amount of DKK 1,500 to cover staff.

Do you want to give your guests an extra good dining experience or do you want to party and celebrate a life event, and would you rather spend time with your company than stand in the kitchen all evening, then let Chef at Home stand in the kitchen!

Frederik and possibly waiters, depending on the size of company, line up  and is available to you and your guests throughout the dinner so you can enjoy your evening in the company of your guests.  We take care of all purchasing, preparation, preparation, serving and cleaning of brought-in service  and make sure you can give your guests the attention they deserve.
